Udo of Plewa, Bishop of Wunschau
Right Reverend Bishop Udo of Markwald; Esteemed Lord Bishop
Udo, from the eastern city of Plewa, is the incumbent Bishop of Wunschau. He has held the office for three years.
Not much is known about the man by the PCs at present. After fleeing from the sexton's house in Westweg, Dietmar called on the bishop, to inform him that the dead were exiting the house and attacking the local populace, and that the Vorburg was on fire. The bishop sprang into action and rushed to the city walls, to summon down Heaven's mercy, and extinguish as many of the fires as possible. Dietmar also presented the contents of the sacristy's reliquary, though Udo indicated that as the highest-ranking representative of the Order of the Leather Belt, Dietmar would be able to take control of the relics once the priory was rebuilt. Finally, Dietmar informed Udo that he and his companions found a wax doll within the sacristy that had some hair and gold threads, likely from the bishop's vestments, and probably used to inflict harm on him. Udo replied that he never liked Ruprecht, suspected him of foul dealings, and passed him over for ordination because he did not trust him.
Udo is a very short man, and stands at only 5 feet tall.
