Spad

Spad is the capital of Darbenheim and concurrently, the capital of the Tungrisch Empire, as it is the seat of its ruling dynasty.
The city has grown considerably in the last two centuries, to became one of the largest and most important in all Gaalite lands. It is now the home of Spad University (erstwhile intellectual home of Manfred Kühl). There is a significant and wealthy Fogarma community in Spad as well.
