Jakob Böse

Jakob Böse seems to be a leader of the flagellant cult that has sprung up in Brillig. The cult involves street-corner preaching about repentance, burning vanities, and scourging oneself. It seems to be popular among formerly respectable folk who have had their lives completely disrupted by the Plague and the Totentanz. 
It is not clear where Jakob is. If in Brillig, he seems to be in hiding. He may be residing in a different town at the moment.
