A Man With Suspicious Bites

This is a recent arrival at the Drachenstelle refugee camp. He is from the south, near the foothills of the Düst Mountains. 
The bites were assumed to be those of wererats, and the man indicated that that the moon has been full since he sustained those bites. 
The main reason for meeting this man was to question him about the Walpurgisnacht celebrations on the hilltops. He indicated that it the hilltops usually feature flowering trees, faerie rings and stone circles, and that the witches assembled there light bonfires, perform sacrifices, and summon demons.
