Bat Sveinn Inn
Outside the Bat Sveinn Inn (Bosun inn) a large signboard in the shape of a shiny brass whistle calls for attention.

When you enter the Batsveinn Inn (or Bat for sailors) it's immediate clear that the owner knows how to run a clean house. The inn is neat and tidy, clean as a whistle. The owner, a large man with dark hair and a golden tooth, goes by the name Ordaen Caerna ('Ord'), runs the inn with a firm hand.
A piece of a wooden oar, blood stained and puckered hangs behind the counter, as a reminder for all guests to behave. yep, when Ord uses it to remind you, you will remember. or not.
The inn is decorated with shields brought with ships all over the world. (the smith has a stack of shields to trade, just for this purpose.) A fireplace lights the interior with a welcoming warmth and a travelling bard is strumming a lute while humming sailor songs.
