Yoganishi
Yoganishi is land of the opportunist. Few stagnates on those lands; between the numerous nomadic tribe following the varied fauna migrations to survive, the land rarely has holding settlement due to his chaotic nature. However, some managed to hold their ground in the land of ash and lava. Some cities of outlaws were slavery and blood sports are commonplace. But all pay their dues to the Empress of the Land. And boy, may you ever need to reach the Tower of Obsidian.
Structure
Autocracy. The kingdom is ruled by Empress Malgalphas as the legitimate queen of the province. She enforces her rule with her personnal army, the Branding Claw. However, most of the cities are independent in their main ruling, but still pay dues and respect to the Empress.
Public Agenda
The public agenda Toganishi is kind of a open secret. Most of the ressources and actions done by the Empress and the Branding Claw is being in total warfare with the north-east region neighbours, which are known to inhabits a huge amount of onis attuned to the plane of Air and thus, birds. But aside from the outsiders, salamander and the Empress, most humanoid members of the forces aren't truly motivated or conditionned enough to show the same morale and desire in this war.

Assets
Most of the most valuables assets of the empire can be found in the desert of ash, near the obsidian tower. This is the center of operation for Yoganishi's military. Among the biggest assets are siege engines, various weapons, foundries and work beasts can be found there.
Education
The populace has access to few education options. Due to the less complex needs of the ruling class and their moderate investment, education is possible, but limited. Higher education is dispatched mostly through religious cults, or by tutors. Some philantropist/good intented patrons tried to develop more schools and education options to lower classes, but were met with crime activities in many settlements which complicates the sentiment of security in a place of learning.
For the nomadic tribes, however, the education remains simple but easy to access. Numerous clans gather together during holidays or important gatherings in other to share new things to other clans for the betterment of their cultures.

Legislative Body
Settlement own their own book of laws from many centuries as an autonomous practice. However, it is known the Demands of the Empress takes priority in any confusion, like for example, taxes. Those are written by a legislative group owned by the empress herself, the Archivists.

Interpretation of the law is dealt by a group named the Lance's handle, which must forward decisions and solidify them.
