The High Ring

Structure
Each member of the Ring is a voted member of each of the original Noble Houses. The Houses includes :
- House Von Skellig
- House Sinicera
- House Nachtauge
- House Stahlbrecher
- Drakensohn
Public Agenda
Each of the Houses representative's aim to further tighten their influence and assets during the parliementary session and gatherings. However, they have learned through generations that moderation and cooperation goes usually for the better of Tränenfeld, especially as the kingdom spreads. Their mandate is to propose decrees and vote on them. Each representative hold the same vote weight.
Usually, the representative of Sinicera is responsible of the officialisation and legal work resolving on an agreed decree. The ruling Kaiser then approves or use their veto to counter the decree. If the presence of the Kaiser cannot be secured to complete the decree after two weeks, the second in hand can agree on it
