The Ashen Cycle

It is indeed a feared thing, the power of fire. But what the fire takes, can also give. through ash can also come life, or renewal.

Structure

• Archdruid: Head of the circle and voice of wisdom
• Blazen Druid: A more capable force of action for the circles. Masters in fire magic, they solve problems where nature cannot renew it's course, usually by nefarious interlopers.
• Ashen Druid: More pacifist than the ashen druid, they survey and proceed with the burning of fauna which needs to be renewed or replaced to start anews, making sure the process remains safe.
• Sirocco Listeners: The errant caste of the circle, they travels in remote regions where ashen druids are not stationed, to survey and see if the need of renewal is necessary. The refer directly to the archdruid.

Public Agenda

To ensure that nature take it's course and that old and desecrated flora gets burned in order to renew. Also promote to need of fallow and ash use to local farmers to educate over the good practice to keep the earth in a stable cycle.

Agriculture & Industry

Will they don't work directly for them, the Ashen circle's druid remains often in close relationship with the local farmers and woodsman, to get a pulse of the current biome situation, but also to make sure the ecosystem remains safe. While they are not very fond of direct confrontation if they discover dangerous and confronting agendas, they are not over asking adventurers or mercenaries for assistance, promising consumables and knowledge of fire magic in exchange for strong arms.
Most people tend to not get on their bad side, however, as the telling of the Burning of Pezcarillo gave me quite the reputation as dangerous enemies if crossed.

Granted Divine Powers

Druids of the Ashen Circle gets a mastery of everything related to fire, and are among the most fierce druids to encounter in combat, especially the Blazen ones. Due to their pacts with other planes of existence and sylvan influences, they also have a multitude of outsiders they can summon to their aid. Outside of this specialisation, their members receives also the basics learnings and teachings of the druidic profession.

They also specialise in the service of creating trapper leshys, which are used to fight pest and other critter expansion, which are planted near other crops.
