Arkansa
Goddess of Magic, Queen of mages Arkansa (a.k.a. Karia (Alias she uses when she travels through other planes and doesn's want to be recognized))
Arkansa is one of the very first deities that were created during the creation of the world. She infused the world with magic after it was created. Alongside that she also created the Crown of Mages, an artifact so powerful it allows her to control the magic of other beings around her.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Since Arkansa is primarily a magic user, she has no need for extensive physical training. Therefore she isn't very strong, but very agile.
Physical quirks
She has dark cyan markings all over her body, forming intricate geometrical patterns. these markings shift from time to time, as her magic evolves and grows as well. When she uses larger amounts of magic these markings start to glow, also offering some protection against attackers.
Apparel & Accessories
Arkansa often wears robes of flowing silk of various colors, usually blues, purples and greens. These robes are always decorated with countless runes and wards.
She usually braids a lot of her hair into small braids, also braiding various small decorations like feathers or pearls into her hair. When she needs to attend an event or is on diplomatic buisness somewhere, she is often seen wearing the Crown of Mages, an ancient artefact she had created when she infused the world with magic.

Personal history
Arkansa was born in the Outlands, together with all the other deities. She rules over the Elysium plane, one of the outer planes. Together with the deities of the planes of Arborea, Arcadia, Beastlands, Bytopia, Mount Celestia and Ysgard she created the Pantheon of Celestials.
For centuries they lived in relative peace, excluding the ocasional squabble with the Fiends. The elementals mostly kept out of the Celestials/Fiends.
Alqonsio, the god of the seas had taken a special interest in Arkansa early on already because of her reserved, but intelligent and sometimes snarky personality. She is also one of the only deities that isn't trained in martial arts, which made her a target for the Fiends and the Elementals mockery early on, when the four main elementals, including Alqonsio were the ones who held most of the power.
