Yith-Katar

Along with the aboleth Yith-Tula, Yith-Katar is one of the two Exalted Broodlings of Lith-Cyak.
When the Blightstone Orb activated in the Watery Sanctum below Damarask, Yith-Katar was unable to escape from its necrotic enchantments. It eventually succumbed to the orb becoming a horrid undead aberration of vast psychic power.
Yith-Katar was slain by the heroes of the Shore’s Light/
