Wishbone
The Wishbone is a prison island within Cormorant's Bay utilized by the city of Damarask. Due to Damarask's policies of forced labor and indentured servitude, only the most egregious criminals, repeat offenders, and specialized cases are confined here. Prisoners are forced to work in labor divisions: stitching leather goods, weaving textiles, crafting barrels, etc.
The prison is overseen by Warden Achilles Boro'Zuudon, a red skinned tiefling who runs a tight ship.
Architecture
The wishbone is built atop the ruins of an ancient Ymmari lighthouse. Although the original construction was replaced long ago, slight glimpses can still be seen in the walls of the prison yard and the new lighthouse that sits atop the peak of the prison.
Defenses
Designed to keep prisoners in rather than keep forces out, most of the defenses of the tower are focused inward. Guards are routinely posted along the perimeter walls as well as atop the lighthouse where they can clearly see all approaching ships in the Cormorant's Bay.
