Viktor Konstantinov

The last Dread Sovereign of the cursed Konstaninov line, Viktor met his end at an assassin's blade, largely supposed for Viktor's attempts to annex the disputed Womakin Proper.  
Viktor, like his father Dread Sovereign Estragon Konstantinov was known for viciously rebuking his rivals and championing the cause of Volinskian cultural superiority through state support for the arts.
With his assassination and his young son's early demise, the Konstantinov line has come to an end, leaving the Volinskian throne open.
