The Major Domo to the Duchesses of Shkue, The Voice of the Three shares a telepathic bond with each of them and serves as an intermediary between the Triumverate and others.  Like the Duchesses, The Voice conceals his face with a mask, save for the bottom section so that his mouth is visible.
