Tarquinian

The mad mage Tarquinian was a powerful wizard and influential member of the council of Thallaspur.  Years ago, he sent a group of heroes after the fabled Tapestry of Dal-Takar, only to have his duplicitous quest for power exposed, ultimately ending in his downfall.
