Pilot's League
The Pilot's League was started by Captain Xander McLain, a few years before he took over as Governor of Pirate's Landing. Originally they were a guild responsible for piloting ships through the treacherous bay of Pirate's Landing, but since Xander has taken the governorship they have expanded into a militia force that helps protect and keep the peace on the Island of Vax.
