Hassem

Hassem is a noble genie, confidant of Astaurus and chief executor of the Regent's will in Thallaspur.  He is well known and revered in Thallaspur but shocked the populace recently when he violently set off a series of events that resulted in a beast rampaging through the city streets.  Since that day, Hassem has been unaccounted for and all access to Astaurus has seemingly been cut off.
