Fisher

The mysterious wraith like being known as the Fisher is rumored to have once been a man who struck a bargain with dark powers in an attempt to turn back the clock and reverse some previous calamity. The deal transformed him into his current state; wispy and ragged with a cowled visage and adorned with a number of black lanterns that hang about his person. Whatever his iniitial reason for striking the deal, it is thought to have long since faded from the being's memory.  Now it exists only for the hunt, to collect the souls of victims in its many lanterns.
The Fisher's actions are thought to have some link with the disappearance of Anatolia Dagrazt and its corrupt influence may have something to do with the incorrigible degeneration that she fought against.
