Issuing from the volcanic Brimstone Peak and winding its way through the Great Dry Sea, the deep and dark waters of the Death's Head River are unnatural and tainted by evil. Countless monsters lurk within its depths and the very water itself is said to be poisonous to any goodly creature who imbibes from its noxious banks.
