Dal-Takar

Dal-Takar is an ancient citadel and former hold of Dagrazt, located a few days journey south of the Free City of Bariadan.
Constructed during the Long Years Past, Dal-Takar has been the site of many heroic and epic events. So great was the constant threat from the denizens of Dal-Takar that a group of mages once completely encased the entire citadel within a magical, inescapable barrier. For hundreds of years this barrier stood over Dal-Takar until a group of heroes inadvertently destroyed it. Since then, the inhabitants of Dal-Takar have found freedom to reign chaos upon the surrounding countryside. It is inevitable that the evil from within this city will begin to have a larger impact on the world, but what that is remains to be seen.
