Prophecy about the end of the World

Most people have heard this story in snippets about a final battle with darkness, demons, angels, gods and the like. It has twisted and distorted in its telling and parts seem to have been forgotten. But even though many keep thinking the sunderings hearled this none have yet to make it come to pass. The main story, heard since the first sundering after the fall of Valladar says:
"The darkness will rise with the coming of the void dragon, the messiah of demons, the hope of the lesser, the tainted serpent, the fires of redemption, and the light of salvation come to play. They will all be present for the uplifting of the Divine Angel and be together again for the final sundering where time will come undone and worlds crumble."
Such words have been interperated in many ways and expressed in many ways. There are even additions to this prophecy that speak of waring gods setting asside their battles to fight side by side, the birth of new gods and possibilities of the undoing of time itself. Some parts of an additional story with the prophecy at its heart also state that:
"Time will begin and end with the eternal city. Its doom hearleds the birth of gods and the death of worlds. Time itself hangs in the balance"
Each of the referneces of the main prophecy have stories of their own.
  • The void dragon, sometimes called the darkness or the wander of the stars, is said to belong to death, destruction, and chaos.
  • The messiah of demons, called the coruptor of souls, is said to be the student of the red shadow and sometimes called "Queen of the Dead"
  • Hope of the lesser is often found in connection with the Divine Light, and many point to Queen Grizzdrop of Kingdom of the Downtrodden to be this person. Most in the kingdom belive she is the daughter of the Divine Light.
  • The tainted serpent, also known as the angel bassilisk or the decaying one, is said to be a child of the void dragon and champion of chaos.
  • The fires of redemption, sometimes called the horned nightmare, is thought to be both destroyer and remeamer, giving hope to those who have killed in war that they might find a better path.
  • The light of salvation, also known as the phoenix of light, is thought to be the angel of the divine, the last high priestess of the Divine Light whom Grizzdrop saw rise.
