Wayne

Wayne is a wheelright in Ruanon. He runs a larger business of 20 craftspersons creating, repairing, and customizing carts and wheels. During the Darklands war, he spends most of his time ensuring that there are wheels for current carts, and replacment parts. He sees this as a duty in the war effort.
