Culture and Cultural Heritage
Elven culture is split between High Elves (Sun Elves) and Wood Elves (Moon Elves) with their own separate traditions and weapons. There are also the subterranean Drow (Dark Elves) who are no suffered to tread the surface.
History
The Elves of Magna Testudo are on average taller and slimmer than humans and of course much longer lived. Being the most like humanity has made it simple for their species to ingratiate itself with imperial culture and elves can be found in all facets of the empire's society, though thanks to their long lives and longer lineages most elves live relatively affluent lifestyles compared to the typical imperial citizen.
Outside the empire elves live much like they have since before human civilization or by mingling with the local human cultures. They prefer to live in or near forested areas and settle in places of natural beauty to build their towns and cities. The southern continent has a distinct lack of elven presence; there are no settlements and few elves are documented as living in the kingdoms and tribes down that way.
