Personal history

Darla comes from a sylph family that has lived in the south of Britain for centuries. She is the first member of her family to move into a city as big as London. Her parents live in a town on the coast of the English Channel where they run an apothecary. Her brother lives in Oxford where he works at the university and research fey history.

Darla has lived in London since 1933. She started working as a waitress, but just a couple years later she entered into an agreement with a wealthy human and founded the cafe together. The human partner died during The Blitz in May 1941 and Darla became the sole owner of the cafe.

Education

Darla graduated primary and secondary school, but didn't go any further. Before moving to London she spend a few years helping her parents at the apothecary and learning about herbs.

Darla is a very talkactive person and like being around other people. It clearly visible when she works at the cafe. She will always talk with clients for long periods of times. Most of her regular clients already know that you don't come to Darla's Coffee and Cakes for a quick coffee.

While at work, Darla often prefers to use her wings to levitate just above the floor than to walk. She says that flying is faster than walking.
