Kayal

The Kayal fetchlings of southern Jiiral are an insular community of survivors, both by their heritage of the shadow plane and by living in the glacial polar region. Kayals avoid strangers and tend to wear masks and formless clothing when they know there are non-fetchlings around and when they travel or trade in other regions, attempting to hide their nature and assimilate into the local culture.
