Elokolobhan

The Elokolobhan culture is a synthesis of several capricious fey ancestries led by Eloko bilokos and is found in the northern Jiiral darklands. Elokolobhan settlements are led by an Eloko whos persuasive magic and ability to grow to huge sizes allows them to enforce their will on their followers.

Elokolobhans fear and respect their leaders but still follow their normal fey traditions and delight in causing mischief and subtly undermining each other to gain standing in their community.

The two Elokolobhan nations of Vek and Ris are constantly skirmishing if not in outright war. Their two Eloko rulers were siblings and each hates that the other inherited lands from their mother. While their soldiers fight, most Elokolobhans care little for the conflict and would happily see either or both ruler deposed so they can go back to their real passion, inflicting themselves on mortals.

Elokolobhan fey have lived on Magarth for millennia but they care little for history. All that's really remembered is that the feywild started retreating making it harder for them to move between worlds. As they all cared more about tormenting mortals they moved to the material plane permanently.
