Brevoy

Brevoy is a small nation near the Gaucia. Once two warring countries, Rostand and Issia, Brevoy was united several centuries ago by House Rogarvia. House Surtova currently rules Brevoy following the sudden disappearance of House Rogarvia a couple of decades ago. The six remaining noble houses of Brevoy are constantly jostling for influence and only the most tenuous of alliances have kept the nation of Brevoy from disintegrating into its contituents. That and the constant threat of raids from bandits, hungry herds of carnivors and the occasional Du Ly assault.

To give Rostland the edge in the expected eventual separation of states, the Aldori Swordlord Lady Jamandi Aldori has developed a plan to create several new states indebted to her. By supporting the settling of the "stolen lands" she will secure Brevoy's borders and have strong allies should Issia attack Rostland.
