From whence it came

In the late 1990s, my step-daughter and I found ourselves on a beach for some time. Sand, Sea and Several hours started us on making sandcastles. By the time the family were ready to head back, the City of Gathetoken was mapped. The following day, of course, the whole place had vanished - washed clear by the tide.

Since then, the city has been circulating in my head and, after a 25 year break, I played my first Fantasy Game which triggered me to start unloading all those years of brooding and to start writing the details down. Who knows? One day I may yet have a group of players wandering its lanes and paths and disturbing the inhabitants from their tranquil lives.
