Etherite

A metamorphic stone similar in composition to marble but denser and less porous.

Prized for its ability to absorb earth magics, which can render the material nearly indestructible.

Mainly used in construction of temples, it is exceedingly rare.

Coloration ranges from navy to midnight blue. There is also a violet variety but it so rarely found in quantities large enough form anything but jewelry.

The largest known deposits are found in the Thornspire mountains, with exports supplying nearly one fourth of the Undergarden Commonwealths treasury.
