Lutatia Foriana
Lutatia is a young human living in Cirta. She serves the village as an herbologist, providing a variety of ointments and tinctures. She also likes to study the effects of Witchmoss. She also serves as the village's liaison to the Circle of the Nine.
She came back to Cirta after studying in Sedem Lux for a while. When she came back, she opened her herbalist's shop, in her parents' house. The bottom floor is now reserved for the shop, while the family lives on the upper floor.
The Witchmoss trade runs through her, as she has the necessary knowledge to handle the herbs being imported to hand over to the druids.
