Barria Arcavius
Barria is the head of the Arcavius family of Cirta. As for the Lucan family, the roots of the Arcavius family go back to the Council of Light days before the Numian Empire. It is rumoured that back in those days the Arcavius family fell out with the Council, and were about to flee. They were saved by the fall of the Council and the birth of the empire, where no one seemed to care about their supposed transgression.
Barria, however, claims that those stories are just rumours aimed at discrediting her. In any case, no one is around anymore to prove or disprove any of any of these claims, and a lot of records were lost during the fall of the Council of Light. Generally these stories are brought up to agitate Barria, rather then being spoken with belief. She is a respected member of the Cirta community, and her word carries a lot of weight. However, her interest does not lie only with Cirta. She tried multiple times to expand beyond Cirta, but hasn't managed to do so, so far.
Barria Arcavius, and the rest of her family had fallen in with the Elder's Legacy Cult. When they kidnapped one of the local people to further the goals of the cult, a group of mercenaries from the Mercatorum Consortium started investigating and stopped her. The Arcavius family's legacy in Cirta ended on 7th Dawn 212 EoL.
