The Ruby Chariot

This is an inn/tavern in the administrative district of town. It is frequented by townspeople in the more auspicious part of town. The building is next to a garrison of the town guard and the office of a female Halfling physician named Elyn.

This building was built as a tavern/inn to serve the wealthy especially.

Design

The main tavern area is large with a stage for performances by the fireplace. Many performers come here - paying 1 GP a night for stage time. There are seven large bed rooms (1 GP per night). Each room has two beds with feather mattresses on them.

Architecture

It is a large stone'walled building with several stained glass windows and elf-wrought tables and chairs.

History

The original tavern owner had an affinity for good music, and bards from all over the area would come to perform. As time progressed, this changed to a performance space for entertainers to make a few coin. Musical groups pay 1 GP per night to perform, gaining money back through tips if the audience deems them worthy. The food here is also exceptional.
