Galactic Union

The Galactic Union is an intergalactic organisation whose stated purposes are to maintain intergalactic peace and security, develop friendly relations among species and achieve intergalactic cooperation, being centre for harmonizing the actions of it's members.

In it's prime, the Galactic Union had grown to have 167 planetary governments holding membership.

Creation

The Galactic Union was originally created by the alliance of six space-faring species after combining war efforts against the Skorath. The idea that members of the Galactic Union would team up against threats and cooperate for the betterment of all.

After the sudden appearance of U'krhith into the galaxy, there was destruction on an intergalactic level and many species faced immense depopulation.
There was no one who took on the mantle of leading the organization, however many members of the union still follow the code and do their best to help where they are able to, working to rebuild.
