Firanza is a large port city known for it's patronage of humanist arts and studies. The city has a mixed population where about even amounts of humans, elves and halflings make up two thirds of the population, whereas the remaining third is made up of all manner of races.
Though still a religious city, free thinking and self-expression is encouraged here, drawing a lot of ire from the more religious city states.
It is home to the wealthiest bank in the known world
The streets are full of people bustling about, as well as more guards than you're used to seeing. Being such a rowdy and free city, the guards are still very heavy-handed and strict.
