Oets
Oets (a.k.a. "The Shining King")
His name is Oets. He is a goblin. He is a barbarian.
He was a gladiator once, and fought for his owner Gronnk until he became Champion, and was then set free.
Oets is not by any means smart. A strange event in his childhood scrambled his brain so much that his mind became dull. He remembers little outside from his life in the arena, and everything before that.
He is practically a small green toddler who can also lift tombstones and break doors. On rehab from Yeenoghu as of now.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Muscular, small and sturdy.
Body Features
As of late, a leaden skin, no longer green. Scars strewn here and there, including, but not limited to: His face, his arms, his chest, his legs, and a lot of scars on his back. Gronnk was not a kind master.
Facial Features
Bushy eyebrows, pale-white eyes within dark sockets. Long ears, with tufts of black fur sprouting out of them. The fur seems to expand across his face with every level he gains. Three claw-like scar-stripes on his left cheek.
Covered with fragments of war-paint, lost his fur. A feral look in his eyes.
Identifying Characteristics
Dirty and spiky black hair, standing straight up. Height, as he is small. Has a blank, white look in his eyes most of the time. Hairy-ish. A hidden brand of the arena on his behind, often hidden by cloth. A leaden, shiny skin.
Physical quirks
Hunched-over posture, often grunts to himself. Bops up and down when excited, stamps the ground while yelling when agitated.
Special abilities
Unfathomable strength. Remarkable stamina. Character growth.
Apparel & Accessories
More often than not a loincloth on, along with hand-and-footwraps. Prefers to leave his upper body uncovered but will not reject putting on the red boa in his picture. Loves to be draped in the hide of a slain manticore, and golden shiny objects.

Mental characteristics
Personal history
An event from his childhood left Oets without memory. Gronnk's Gladiator Arena took him in as a child-slave and chained and trained him in the ways of gladiatorial combat. He left there as Champion when there were no others left to fight.
He had been traveling abroad, performing in illegal fighting-pits while getting money and bedding women, before going to another settlement and starting the cycle over again. He angered a local noble while doing so and has since been on the run, with a team of companions he scrambled up along the way.

Employment
Previously Gladiator-Champion in Gronnk's Gladiator Arena, after that a Mercenary under employment of the prince. Currently somewhat between a freelancer and a king-in-the-making. Since the prince's disappearance has been on the run as an escaped convict. Currently still an outlaw (in some places), but revered in others.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Gronnk's Arena Champion, Champion of the Neogi. Previously a Brother of Yeenoghu's Cult, but no longer. Twice. Saviour of the Floating Lands. The Shining King. Killer of Quelana.
Failures & Embarrassments
He doesn't remember any mistakes he made before angering the noble.
Burning down the slums of the city of Umlarn might be one of them. Eating the accursed meat, the murder and devouring of his companion and friend Jade. Given in to his vices up to two times now. The burning of the royal gardens in the sky-islands, and the setting-free of Quelana (not his fault).

Monophobia (Fear of being alone), Frightened by magic/BOOYAGH. Trauma of eating his friend alive. (Fighting that trauma with excessive drinking). Immense fear of betrayal after it happening multiple times.

However, very instinctual and capable of picking up clues and quotes from his friends.

Very skilled at fighting, and things that include moving fast and hitting hard. Skilled at mounted combat, and 'nocturnal activities'.
Can not do much else besides that, including reading or writing.

Likes: Fighting, feasting, screaming, fucking, and friends, in that order.
Dislikes: 'booyagh', sitting still and doing nothing, boring words on paper, and trying to figure things out on his own, BETRAYAL.
SEVERELY Dislikes: His teammate and rival, Asari. Also Ninnip. Being betrayed. Being wrong.

Spontaneous, quick on his feet, eager to fight, skilled with most weapons. Loyal to a fault. Immensely strong. An almost-ever-brave spirit. Instinctual, one with magic.

Slow (logical) thinker and quick to make assumptions, distrustful of magic. Quick to anger, VERY aggressive, even more so after his affliction. Tries to combat said affliction with excessive drinking, even after it has mostly vanished.
Personality Quirks
Gnashes his teeth and grumbles to himself when bored or nervous. Bops up and down when very excited. Has his hands in a raptor-position when lost in thought.

Oink, oink.
Goblin boi does not want water on him. Water bad.
Has to be reminded to wash himself.
Often covered in blood too. Blood is a good enough wash.

Contacts & Relations
His relation with his family is unknown, as he's forgotten them. He'd rather not think of the people from the arena.
He would put everything on the line for his friends, but due to their recent betrayal he found it better to not put too much trust in someone.
He is learning to open back up to people as of now, and to whom by his side he would stand until the end.
Family Ties
Unknown. He does treat his friends as if they were family, however. No clear answer about his 'Brothers' in the Cult of Yeenoghu, especially after he got rid of the affliction twice.
Religious Views
Unknown. 'Booyagh bad.' Is learning booyagh currently, to respect the spirit of his old teammate Val.
Probably not that big a fan of Yeenoghu, but having 'the same parts' as the gnolls helps, as much as he hates to admit it.
Social Aptitude
Wants to be noticed and respected. Wants to be right. Hates to be wrong. Throws tantrums when he does not get his way. Does not like to be belittled but, being a goblin, it happens to him all to often.
Mannerisms
Lets out short grumbles every now and then. His hands twitch whenever he wants to do something violent. Eats like a pig and says things without warning or thought.
Hobbies & Pets
He HAD a hyena and likes wrestling.
Also liked wrestling with the hyena. That left him with a broken hand. Twice. He currently has Cerg-Hogginson, the Boar-King, that he likes to give piggyback-rides to. They plan on starting a kingdom together.
He loves insulting people, too. It makes him feel a big bigger. Drinking as well, although not as a hobby. Tries to do booyagh to make Val feel better.
Speech
Very simpleton-like speech. Like a toddler. Do not mistake him for one if you don't want to lose your head. Sounds deeper and very growly when he gets serious. Close proximity discouraged when his voice goes deep.
Wealth & Financial state
Has as much wealth as a dumb little goblin could want. The tower he lived in had a grand treasury hidden underneath. He scrambles up all he's saved so far, and plans to get many more riches as king.
