A curse that drives the affected mad with hunger, an afflication that affect the gnolls, cultists of Yeenoghu and other that have been driven mad by them.

Causes

A traumatic experience involving Gnolls. Possibly caused by gnoll bites.

Symptoms

Sudden bursts of hunger, seeing any nearby creature as edible.

Treatment

The Curse is strong, and can only be removed by specialised treatment

Prognosis

It starts with a fever dream, then evolves into uncontrolled hunger bursts.

Prevention

Avoid contact with gnolls, cultists and other creature that serve Yeegnohu is the only surfire way to avoid being affected.
