Pelatorem the Flying Goddess
(a.k.a. The Space Jumper, Goddess of Movement, Paino)
Pelatorem is the goddess of spacetime. Her power allows her to bend space and time to manipulate things for her own purposes. She is very selective about who she grants her power. The Mustekala were the only creatures she allowed to access it. When a Mustekala youth reaches adulthood, they are given Sinlaake, a drug which brings on a vision in which she gives them instructions on how to manipulate her powers.

Pelatorem is always searching for ways to improve her power. She is convinced that she has not uncovered every facet of it yet. When creating her part of the world, she created the Mustekala. They were more intelligent than any other creature on the planet. She mused that she could grant them her power and see the ways in which they used it in hopes that they would find a piece of the puzzle that she had missed.
