Overview
Vyxia is a terrestrial planet in the Spehon System and the ancestral homeworld of the Vyxians species (Vyxinae clandestinus). Located in the Shadow Veil Sector of the Vyxian Galaxy, it is currently under Draken occupation following their conquest in 14,000 AD. Known colloquially as the "Shadow World" or "Whispering Planet," Vyxia's unique environmental conditions and geography have profoundly shaped Vyxian evolution, culture, and their mastery of stealth technology.
Physical Characteristics
Astronomical Data
Vyxia orbits Spehon, an orange K-type main sequence star, as the third planet in the system. The planet completes one rotation every 30 standard hours and orbits Spehon every 412 standard days. It maintains an average orbital radius of 0.98 AU with an orbital eccentricity of 0.03.
Moons
- Tryctoon: Large moon tidally locked to Vyxia; its perpetually dark side houses clandestine operations
- Exirion: Smaller moon with highly reflective crystalline Silica surface, used for coded communications
