Zarubets

A border town belonging to the Prince of Luzhinsk‌, on the eastern edge of his domains. A battle took place there in late summer between the forces of Luzhinsk and those of Ladan'‌, which went badly for Luzhinsk, but which also led to the capture of Vladimir Sviatoslavovich‌ (who is now supposedly held prisoner outside the town. The town is surrounded by palisade walls, and has roughly 1000 residents (not counting the soldiers currently bivouaced there.
