Oniric Shadow

Oniric was found by Vasilisa Priamovna, snooping around Boris Bobchinsky's estate. Initially, she took him to be an adolescent poacher, but soon learned that he was actually a chud, and the scion of a prominent family. Oniric told Vasilisa that his people lived on these lands in ancient days, and still do not recognize their ownership by humans. Vasilisa further learned that Oniric was spying on her overlord in preparation for his own people's return. Vasilisa meant to turn him over to Bobchinsky, but, along with Oniric, ended up being taken by Baba Yaga.
Inside the hut, the crone revealed that Oniric belonged to an important chud clan, the Shadows, whose own realm lay on the Northern Sea, and on the approaches to the Island Buyan, where Yaga had hidden Koshchei's death. The Shadows were allies of Baba Yaga, covenanted to keep an eye on the island, and report any movements of the Dread Lord's allies to her. However, she suspected that they had betrayed her, and wanted Vasilisa along with a few others to travel to the Realm of Shadow to learn the truth. Meanwhile, Oniric would remain in the hut, as a hostage.
Physically, Oniric appears to be a young adolescent with bright blond hair, and stunning blue eyes. He stands about four feet tall, and has a haunting, bewitching singing voice.
