Anastasiya Sviatoslavovna

Anastasiya is daughter of Prince Sviatoslav Igorevich of Ladan', and wife of Rurik Halfdansson. She was given to Rurik on condition that he converts to the [True Confession (which he did).
just after Rurik went off to war against the Prince of Luzhinsk, Anastasiya was attacked by a giant wasp that flew in through her tower window. She was stung and poisoned by the creature. While she was unconscious, her young son, Oleg , was killed by a crazed Mikhailo, who was on the scene ostensibly to save her.
