Lucidiating is the art of Lucid Dreaming in the waking world, allowing for the trained mind to alter conscious reality by willing dreamt concepts, designs, abilities, and understandings into the Material Plane.

Lucidiation uses an Action, and can be used to cast otherwise unavailable spells or manifest items/structures/concepts into reality. Lucidiative ability scales with use, level, and charisma, but one can attempt to Lucidiate beyond their normal capabilities at great risk to themselves, suffering the consequences of their boldness.
To Lucidiate, first state your intent then roll a d100 + Charisma.

Localization

Lucidiating is an art practiced primarily by the Lucidiette Mass, as they were the original discoverers of the form and are now the regulators of the practice in Leofric. While there are those who Lucidiate in secrecy, the punishment for undesignated manifestation is crippling both publicly and, as some would say, mentally as well.
