Divasa

The crucible sitting atop of The City Hall of Lucem is an object directly gifted to us by our god. This Object is made of three parts. They're of, to us, unkown Materials and the golden wavering light emitting ball in it's center already made me stare into it for quite some hours. It is inspiring! The, let's call it shell, of the ball are two halves of silverish shimmering metal having a crystalline resemblance of shape and they never took a scratch. Not even when Ilmir Petremi the maniac knocked it down in his show to challenge our god.
It seems that the Crucible is a direct link to him or that he watches us through it. This is due to the fact that when Ilmir tried his coup, he seemed successful at first but then our precious deity appeared and held him responsible for his accusations, finally unmasking Ilmir when he didn't stop to doubt him.
This wasn't the first time since the finding of the crucible our deity attented the meeting of The Council, but it only happens to the most urgent topics, sometimes The Council wishing for his appearance but not answering. Still there's always a throne in the The City Hall of Lucem for the deity to attend.
Every morning in Lucem you are greeted by a pulse of the blessing light of the crucible and it has become habit that all Lucemi being able to do so go outside and greet it collectively, refreshing their oath to make the best out of the day for themselves and whole Lucem Edi.
I'm certain the light stands in connection with Atupun as it feels like the same strenghtening and inspiring power that you can feel when Atupun opens up, but not as strong.
The Crucible was found in what we call the Dark Age of Lucem Edi, our deity hadn't shown for a long time, most Lucemi seemed to have abandoned it and a major ursurper used the times when Beasts of The Wilderness swarmed into our lands.
