Canteen of Lucem
Feeding big portions of Lucem and it's surroundings the main building of the Cibtas is their kitchen, being a district in the size of a small town itself. The canteen is a huge circular building complex with everything that the guild needs to cook for ten thousands of people every day and huge dining halls.
The heart of it is the kitchen being filled to the brim with streets of huge cooking pots, pans, grills and bakeries. It is a hot, extremely loud space, but astonishing how they keep structured, delivering the various meals on point. The headmask of the kitchen and guild make a tremendous job of logistic to keep this culinary city running. Settled around the kitchen are various complexes of storage halls, silos, preparing- and cleaning-areas. In the upper levels above the kitchen is the administration and research area. You could belittle the highly specialized cooks researching, but they do quite some astonishing things. Not only do they develop wonderful, tasty new meals, but also rations for war that are good dense nutrition, magic drinks and food enhancing your body. I took part in some of their projects too, one being a recipe enhancing your mental capabilties.
This huge canteen is a place for Lucemi to meet in for their lunch, it is a happy place where everyone eats next to one another. The cooks are not only responsible for feeding the guests here, they also deliver thousands of meals around Lucem, surrounding settlements, for workers, guilds and The Council
Around this place a district has formed which largely consits of smaller kitchens, food processing and connected industry mostly by Cibtas but also freelancers. That the ones working here are fire and flame for their vocation showed in the War of Cooks, this was the only time since existance of the guild when you weren't fed by them due to internal problems. The love of Lucem Edi for this place showed too as numerous masks entered the conflict to fight for their most loved Cibri. Cooks definitely have owned their reputation of having quite a temperament.
