Estheos Military

Estheos’ military is very large and well-funded due to its constant warring with Genestheos. Estheos’ current objective is to obtain the Jewel of River Dragon out of Genetheos’ hands, and its military is distributed accordingly. Its military comprises four units: the border patrol, the council of jewel extraction (C.O.J.E.), the espionage unit, and the army. Estheos’ border patrol constantly monitors Etheos’ border with Genetheos, looking for any unguarded areas or paths to make an attack. Sometimes the border patrol will try to enact diversions using Remnants from the Blood River to distract Genetheos’ own border patrol and make an opening, but this tactic has not worked in recent years. The C.O.J.E. consists of a council of educated strategists, whose sole goal is to plan attempts on procuring the Jewel of River Dragon out of Genetheos’ control. This group meets weekly to discuss the newest updates with Estheo’s espionage unit, which is a special force that infiltrates Genestheos to gain crucial information about the Jewel, such as location, guard rotations, and pathways into whichever building it is in. Etheos’ main military unit, its army, is made up of roughly 1.3 million soldiers who await deployment whenever they are notified of an opening by the border guard. Estheos as a nation longs to obtain the Jewel of River Dragon back, which is quite evident in its dispersion of military and funding. It won’t be long before the Jewel ultimately gets stolen again, provoking the newest of wars in the opposite direction.
