Dr. Daniil Valkos

Dr. Daniil Valkos is a biologist from Oceanus. He was the head scientist on board The Skyfish, the Aque expedition submersible that encountered Estheos. He graduated at the top of his class and is highly regarded for his strong knowledge of plant and animal life, which he also made many advancements in. This led to him being chosen to lead the research department of the expedition team that was meant to explore the surface. After the encounter with The Seadog, he received fame not just in Oceanus, but in all of Estheos. Evidently, he did not enjoy this publicity, as he is on record saying that he finds all this new attention to be annoying and distracting. He does however seem to be excited about new information learned from exchanging notes with the surface and spends a lot of time on the surface conducting research. He even moved to Estheos to do this.
