Na Nuola Wīme
At the coast of Nīwulā Valley stood city-states older than the entirety of Wīzoha Empire. Their people surrendered to Sō-Thadi Soyaewa during his conquest, though the relationship afterward remained strenuous at best due to cultural and religious differences.
The people of these cities - of which the largest and most powerful were Numuke, Lama and Kulu - openly defied any attempts to establish a presence of Yuiwia in the region, earning themselves the hatred of the Celestials' followers. Nevertheless, the people of these cities became important trading partners and their cities hubs for ships and river boats to meet and exchange goods - so much so that even the most zealous of Yuiwian leaders could do little against them.
