High magic zone

You step out of your boat, your legs wobbling slightly while they readjust to land. The light here is dimmer than your homeland. The air smells vaguely of vanilla, as though someone was cooking far away. You feel a surge of power rush through your body, and you grip a pole to keep your balance. Your fingers tingle as you raise them towards your face, noticing how they glow slightly. You have heard of this effect, but feeling it is so much better. You grin and twist your hands excitedly, reveling in the fact that small sparks come off of them. Testing your newfound magic, you speak an arcane word that comes to your mind first, and fire off a spell. Suddenly, small music notes glow in the air as they hover around you, playing a soft melody. You giggle in delight, feeling like an excited child, as this is your first time doing magic. You know you're going to like it here.

Manifestation

It manifests in the sky in that area being slightly clouded by orange and pink auroras that shine brightly in the night sky and cloud out the sun a bit in the day. It causes odd and wonderous mutations in both plant and animal life, making the continent it is present in weird. The coloration rarely strays from warm colors, making the entire continent appear in odd shades of pink and orange. While in this zone, you can cast the cantrips Dancing Lights, Prestidigitation, and Light. You can also cast the spell feather fall once per day. These spells are only effective whilst in the high magic zone.

Localization

This effect is localized completely to the continent of Andria, due to the tip in magic. This tip is what caused Andria to be odd and wondrous while Pelidore is nonmagical.
