Aklo Language in Lorrimor’s Legacy | World Anvil

Aklo

“Hafh'drn mglw'nafh r'luhhor-yar!”
(I herald the stirring of the Dead Gods!)
Aklo is a language of pictograms and primitive tribal symbols that dates back to prehistory, but seem to have some relation to Ancient Orisiani. The Sepulchral Swaths of Tanoth-Gha appear to be inscribed with a variant of this language, and the language itself has been demonstrated by various aberrant beings, including Nyrrk/Kyrrn .   The Pnakotic Manuscript was recently found to be written in Aklo, and it is also one of the common languages spoken in the subterranean Darklands. The Book of Obstruse Geometries was likewise found to be written in the same language.
