The Dragon Faith
The most well known and followed religion throughout the world.
According to the faith, there were three dragons responsible for all creation. The dragon of creation Drahr'Hatir, The dragon of destruction Drahr'Dolaas, and their creator, the dragon king Drahr'Regis. In the beginning, Regis's inception formed the dragon twins, and through their guidence, the layout for all reality was made. Drahr'Regis has since left this world, but the twin dragons, after their work was complete, took up mortal forms, and have since become a pair of dragons that reincarnate time after time.
The twin dragons that formed this world are well respected throughout the lands. However, which of the dragons a given person holds faith to can vary from place to place. Some primarilly follow Drahr'Hatir, prioritizing creation, while others prefer to follow Drahr'Dolaas, accepting destruction. Neither is considered evil, as creation and destruction both fuel the cycle that leads to all things. Things are made, then eventually destroyed, thus making way for the new. However, while almost all believe in Drahr'Regis, few will pray to them, as the twins are meant to do their work.
Faith in both is very strong, given their souls have reincarnated througout history and led many powerful kingdoms. At least, within the land of dragons. In the lands of Azyver however, the people care little for the divine dragons, and prefer to primarily worship the Avatars.
