The King of all Dragons
Regis may have been responsible for all things, but they have taken an absent position in most of it, only being present for the first 100 years of reality. Why they left is unclear. Some beleive that they had more of reality to see to. Other believe they simply wish to observe the world from afar. And some factions believe in less... Kind reasons.
Regardless the reason, it is clear that they have no intention of meddling in the world anymore. Nonetheless, people still respect them as the original creator.
